Sure there are lots of options to get ready to rock the dress on the big day. We see do-it-yourself plans. And bride and groom plans. And “sweat for the dress” programs. But, come on: to really rock the dress it’s about more than weight loss.
With that in mind, we’ve launched “Final Fitting Fitness.” (Here’s a super post about it in Philadelphia Wedding).
Our Rittenhouse wedding fitness plan is all about you. And the dress.
Like every program at The PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse wedding fitness is completely personalized. The program lasts for five weeks. You’ll see results, because we’re with you every step of the day.
We start with an evaluation and goal setting session. Then we tailor your workouts to your dress. So if your dream dress is backless, we’ll be toning the back. Or perhaps you’ve got a slinky mermaid dress. Then your Rittenhouse wedding fitness workouts will probably focus on your butt and thighs.
Besides training at The PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse we’ll be creating some homework. We’ll help with improving your nutrition, just in case you’d like to lose a few pounds. And we’ll create exercises to do at home to keep the progress moving.
We can work out together 1, 2 or 3 times a week. And we suggest starting 10 to 15 weeks before your wedding. Sometimes it’s great to have time to run through the program again. And you won’t stress about hitting the big day deadline.
