While you want to improve a targeted area of your body, it takes work and dedication. And you may not do that on your own. To get the best results it takes one-of-a-kind program. Because every body and everybody is different.
And, with this personalized five-week program, “Totally Targeted Training,” we do just that.
It’s a holistic approach to targeted training. We start with an evaluation and goal setting session. We can’t partner on results if we don’t know where you want to go.
So say you’re a typical guy. Then you may want upper body strength and definition. With that in mind, we’ll target chest, back and arms. Also we may encourage leg work to keep you “in proportion.”
What if you’re getting ready to run a marathon? We’ll focus on lower body strength. In addition, your focused fitness program will target agility and flexibility. And we’ll be working on your gluts and core. We want to minimize the risk of injuries.
And, we include a planning session with one of our registered dieticians. Every program include help with improving your nutrition. Better nutrition means better results.
We tailor your workouts to what you’re improving. We’ll help monitor your nutrition. And we’ll create exercises to do at home to keep the progress moving
Totally Targeted Training Includes:
- 1 One-hour evaluation/consultation session with a PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse Specialized Training Partner to assess your goals, needs and physical abilities to create your custom program.
- 5, 10 or 15 One-hour training sessions with a PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse Specialized Training Partner – up to 3 sessions per week with your chosen time slot guaranteed.
