At The PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse take a holistic approach to getting ready for the big day. We start with an evaluation and goal setting session with one of our exercise physiologists.
Many brides-to-be want to lose a little weight. We’ve learned that this doesn’t mean starving. So, we include a planning session with one of our registered dieticians to help improve your nutrition. They’ll create a custom plan that works – and won’t leave you hungry.
We tailor your workouts to your dress.
Our trainers will also help monitor your nutrition.
And we’ll create exercises to do at home to keep the progress moving.
We can work out together 1, 2 or 3 times a week. Our recommendation is to start 10 to 15 weeks before your wedding. Sometimes it’s great to have time to run through the program again. And you won’t stress about hitting the big day deadline.
Finally, we’ve focused on the brides here, but can offer the same customized approach to the rest of the wedding party, too!
