Fitness Assessment

Philadelphia Personal TrainerHere at The PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse we partner with our clients.  Together, we build a holistic fitness plan.  So, we’re pleased to offer a 120-minute evaluation.  We do this with a staff Philadelphia Personal Trainer.   All of our personal trainers are certified exercise physiologists.  They all have 4-year degrees.  And they multiple advanced certifications. They’re pros, we’re proud to say.

They help evaluate your current physical condition.  We discuss your exercise history.  And we focus on any special needs.  We assess your weight and strength.  Then we look at flexibility, and endurance.   Finally, we listen to what you like.  And, what you don’t like.

Your PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse fitness assessment also includes a consultation with our registered dietician.  Hey, health isn’t just about working out.  It’s about living right, too.

We analyze the results of our evaluation and discussions.  Then we create a customized six-week independent workout just for you.  Along with a six-week nutrition plan.  We mean it when we say: fitness 360 degrees.

With our Philadelphia Personal Trainer Team everyone – and every program – is unique.

Why do you need a fitness assessment?

Well, here are four thoughts:

  • At every age clinical research shows that maintaining physical activity and fitness improves your health.
  • Many of us don’t quite know what we’re doing.  So we either exercise sub-optimally.  Or not at all.  It’s obvious that not at all isn’t going to help our health.  But less than effective training will yield fewer benefits.  And you may hurt yourself.
  • Our Philadelphia personal trainer team know what will work for you.  We believe that experts exist to help us.
  • Good nutrition will improve your fitness results and well-being.  Many of us eat well.  All of us can benefit from a dietician’s advice.

At The PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse, your health is our primary concern.  And our objective is to help you get on a reasonable path to better health.  Therefore, we require a current note from your physician.  This needs to outlines any concerns they may have.  And it lets us know that you’re good to go.
