That’s why we created The PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse “Beyond Fitness” Program. We’re cheerleaders and coaches working with you every day, monitoring your well-being and progress. Let’s get you to be your personal best.

This all-inclusive 10 week intensive course focuses on weight loss (up to 15 pounds – based on your fitness evaluation), healthy eating habits, life/work balance, body strengthening and endurance training.

Beyond Fitness Includes:

  • 1 Two-hour evaluation/consultation session with a PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse Specialized Training Partner to assess your goals, needs and physical abilities to create your custom program.
  • 30 One-hour training sessions with a PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse Specialized Training Partner – 3 sessions per week with your chosen timeslot guaranteed.
  • 10 BodyCycle spin classes – classes held at BodyCycle’s 1923 Chestnut St location.
  • 1 One-hour evaluation and planning session with a PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse consulting nutritionist/dietician (this session may be conducted by phone or video link) to establish your calorie goals and custom healthy weight loss strategy.
  • 9 30-minute follow-up learning sessions with a PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse consulting nutritionist/dietician.
  • 10 weeks of meals from SweaHealth – 4 meals per day, four days a week – created in consultation with your nutritionist.
  • 2 One-hour deep tissue massages, held in the privacy of your home.
  • 2 work/life balance consultations with our personal development consultant.
  • Before and after pictures.
  • Daily food log updates and check-ins with your PrivatGym™ | Rittenhouse Specialized Training Partner.
